Saturday Snapshot: Hope

A moment of silence…

A prayer.

A heavy heart.

To all those affected by the horrific earthquake and tsunami in Japan,

our thoughts are with you now.

Be Strong.

Know that you are not alone.

And know that you are loved.

There is a God in heaven who cries with you tonight.

His arms will hold you through the darkness

and will help you find a home once more.

“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”  — Isaiah 43:20

It’s so hard to believe the incredible power that the earth has. It’s so important to keep everyone affected by the disaster, whether directly or indirectly, in our thoughts and prayers.

    Beautiful words, so tragic.

  6. What’s going on in Japan right now is terrible and simply scary and should be a reality check. This disaster could have been much worst if it wasn’t for Japanese supreme engineering and strict building code. They are a technology advanced nation … imagine if this was to happen in a third world country with corrupt politicians who generally pocket the aid money. anyway, my heart goes out to those people and I admire them for their strength.
